//EDIT: There have been updates to both the Warmachine and Hordes .pdf files. As far as I can tell the Warmachine update is mostly cosmetic (added page number references and two diagrams) but the Hordes is based on feedback of the field test.

Warmachine Rules

Hordes Rules Update
Hordes Model Update

It looks like the relevant changes for our group is that Krueger can no longer give Reach and Electro Leap to friendly ranged weapons (melee weapons only, I imagine that was a typo in the original stats) and the Carnivean goes up one point of MAT from 5 to 6.

--------------

Next week the plan is another night of Warmachine/Hordes, but this time with everyone playing 1 on 1, 15 points per army.

I think most of the people that have Warmachine/Hordes armies have enough to lend out 15 points, and Kevin said that Luke is willing to lend his Menoth.

-----

For some rules clarification, every model under a spray template has to roll to hit - as well as having to center the direction of the spray on a specific model (but that model can be out of range of the template evidently).

However, I think you were playing 5 points short Mike. Carnivean is 11, Shredders are 2 (you had 2 right?), Thagrosh gives you 5 additional to spend on warbeasts, so you were at 10 points - unless I'm forgetting a model that you had.

You CAN charge through rough terrain now.

You can fire at models engaged in melee, but may not fire with a model that is engaged or engaging in melee, unless it has the Gunfighter special rule.

Anything else I can think of I'll post up here.

I will not be there on Monday. I have to get electrocuted at work, anyone want to take my place? If anyone wants to play the next Monday at my place let me know. It will be hordes/warmachine since most of the terrain is at Kevin's.

Craig,

If you read this: Gun Mage Officer's Rune Shot does not work with Strafe (like on Sentinel) anymore, so disregard my advice on getting that model to Jack Marshal up with the Officer.

Strafe is a special attack and Rune Shot can only be used on normal attacks.

I am not going to be there tonight as I am having car trouble. Flat tire on the truck and not able to get the spare cranked down from underneath the bed. So I need to work on that before it snows.
