Next week we will be playing an old scenario from the third edition book, Strong Point Attach Mission. Pick your race and create an attacker configuration and a defender configuration each at 1750 pts. If you have any questions, just post a comment and Tom will respond.

It states the game last 4 turns after the alarm is raised. What raises the alarm?

The alarm is raised in several ways, making a shooting attack, being spotted by a sentry, or moving a vehichle on to the board. Killing a sentry in close combat will raise the alarm on a 4+. Each army has number of sentries, they are placed outside of the deployment zones and moved by a roll off. The winner of the roll off gets to move the sentry the number of inches of his dice roll. If a sentry comes within spotting distance(his initiative in inches) of an enemy the alarm is raised.

I will be there. I will have a army for Scott to play so he can learn the game. I think he really wants to get his own army going. He is an old gamer so he should pick up the game quickly. See you there.
